Data deletion

Delete everything (account deletion)

1. Sign in to Nightpost.
2. Open Settings, then Your data.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile, workspace, connected accounts and their encrypted tokens, uploaded media and thumbnails, posts, API keys and audit records. Deletion runs within 24 hours; database backups expire within 30 days. Posts already published on a platform stay on that platform; delete them there.

Disconnect one platform

Accounts → Disconnect. The platform's tokens and account details are deleted immediately. Scheduled posts for that account are cancelled.

Deletion requested from Facebook or Instagram

If you remove Nightpost from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Nightpost → Remove), Meta sends us a signed data deletion request. We delete the connected Facebook Page and Instagram account data, including tokens, and provide a confirmation code and status URL as required by Meta's Platform Terms.

Deletion requested from TikTok or Google

Revoking Nightpost from your TikTok settings (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services) or your Google account permissions invalidates the tokens we hold. To remove the remaining account record, disconnect the account in Nightpost or delete your account.

Without signing in

Email retrostudios.official01@gmail.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Nightpost data". We confirm by reply and complete deletion within 7 days.
